This, unlike some of Hama's other, more 'inexpensive' products (check out my review on their 3 way scart block), is a very effective item.
I'm currently running my Sony DVD player through this cable to my TV, and the quality seems top notch.
Unlike many budget accessories, which can cause interference to your sound and picture, this does the job splendidly, with the gold-plated plugs doing exactly what they're supposed to.
When buying such items for your audio/visual equipment you're always aware of price, but don't want to lose quality (paying a fiver for something that renders your DVDs unwatchable is simply false economy). That's why, for such a reasonable price, you can't go wrong with this lead.

This is the connection that anyone who cares about precise picture quality should purchase. What's the point in spending thouands of pounds on video, dvd and display equipment if the connection from one to another is shoddy. Using this Scart cable you have enough length, quality and durability to get the most out of your equipment at a very reasonable price. You wont regret it.

What's to say about Scart leads except that one is definitely not the equal of the other. You don't buy many, so spend a little more and get a quality product the gold plating on which should at least ensure consistent performance over the years.
You get what you pay for but this lead seems to offer a little more.

It's reasonably priced for what it is - an above-average SCART lead that delivers a good clear picture. Build quality could be a bit better, as it's plasticky and a bit lightweight. Other than that there's not much to say, it does its job well.

What can you say, its only a scart socket. It is definately worth the money and you know you need it!!
