I've always been a fan of Toshiba televisions. Over the years, I've found that they offer great quality, reliability and very reasonable prices. And this model is no exception.
Just before the turn of the year, I purchased a 42" HD Toshiba and was - and still am - delighted with everything it has to offer. So, when I decided it was time to invest in an HDTV for the bedroom, I decided to stick with Toshiba, buying this model, which is basically a smaller version of the TV we have in the lounge.
The picture is crisp, especially when linked to HD outputting devices such as the PS3 and Blu-ray players; sound quality is fine, although it did take me a few minutes playing around with the equaliser to find a setting which worked well for me; and the number of connection possibilities is fantastic for a TV of its size - it offers the same amount of connection possibilities as the 42" model! I've found the ability to connect the TV to the PC the most useful, especially as my bedroom is a little on the small size. The TV currently doubles up as my PC monitor, while my PC acts as a DVD and movie player, saving tonnes of space which would otherwise be cluttered up with standalone players and an extra screen.
The internal Freeview tuner delivers high quality picture and sound quality, althought the EPG menus can be slow at times.
To sum up, I'm delighted with my purchase, and recommend this set to anyone who's searching for an HDTV for a smaller sitting room, bedroom, kitchen, or anywhere else.

i just took delivery of this Toshiba TVG,and I'm absolutely delighted with it - picture and sound are excellent, and the Digital Tuner seems able to find all the available channels (It quoted 93 for me, which I assume includes Top-Up-TV and Radio). Overall - very pleased indeed

After much consideration, I brought this make & model. I'm not disappointed, its a fabulous TV. Despite initial reservation about digital, beacause I,m in a poor reception area, the signal and picture is superb. I can't fault it, although my only slight criticism is that the sound is abit bassy.

If your looking for a 26" LCD TV you could do far worse than this toshiba. It has 2 HDMI sockets so if you want you can hook up a PS3 and your sky HD box. It has a good array ofother connection options plus audio out for home cinema. Picture puality is fantastic though the colours need a little tweaking. The sound is amazing considering its from built in speakers. And here on Amazon its £100 cheaper than a leading electrical retailer. After many hours of web and shop searching I think this is the best equipped 26" LCD available just now and if, like us you just dont have a lounge big enough to cope with anything bigger I would seriously look at this set.

Bought this for my parents, they unwrapped it plugged in the aerial.Within in ten minutes the TV had set is self up. They were over the moon. The built in Freeview now means they are getting rid of their NTL box.
Item arrived when Amazon said it would, and the price was fantastic.
