An excellent tasting, easy to make protein shake, I found using this product that i bulked up fast compared to some other of maxi muscles powders i.e cyclone and Viper. it can be mixed in seconds with water and milk which helps after a long training regime particularly if drinking it in the training room. It comes fast and on time as only amazon can consistently deliver.

The product is as good as it has always been but I have stopped buying it from Amazon as the price just kept going up and up - I can now buy it a couple of pounds cheaper on the high street and I din't have the bother of waiting at home for the delivery man.

Pro max extreme tastes great with both water and milk, I just take after every gym or sport session. I find it helps me recover well and keep up my strength whilst training. If you want to bulk up and add muscle you need to take it two or three times per day, I also find it seems to help my immune system and stops me picking up colds etc.... Good product would recommend, amazon always deliver on time too.

The tub is a little deceptive, it was only about 2/3 rds full. At the time I got it it was a good price, but I wouldn't pay full whack for it - Pleasant tasting even if mixing with water or milk
