We purchased this to boost the signal from a caravan aerial to a television with built in Freeview, as we were having problems getting a consistant signal and the picture kept pixillating.
This item was a doddle to set up and works really well in the caravan and of course it has the added bonus of taking two tvs if you want!

Took me a while to choose this booster from many. I was having signal problems with my freeview box and needed to boost teh signal as i was getting less than half the channels and some were dropping out.
This booster solved the problem and the price was reasonable.

I've taken the TV signal into two other rooms (more than 20m away from the original aerial socket) and it has made a lot of difference on the signal and many channels can be watched. However it does not match the signal levels you get when you plug the TV straight from the main aerial socket.

This came by second class post in two days, well packed and in good condition. I will use this supplier again.
The Amplifier is a two way one, I had one before of the same make and it gave good service. That was a single one, with this, if one socket packs in I may be able to use the other one.

works well as an ariel splitter/booster, in fact i can't fault it with that. i must have a faulty one though as it's buzzing all the time it's turned on, and becoming quite annoyiong - we have to turn it off when watching dvds as it can be heard during the quiet sections of the movie (i suppose if you play the dvds loud you'll not notice it, but ours are played fairly quiet after the bambino has gone to bed so we don't wake her)..
