August DA900C 9 Inch Freeview TV & Recorder / Analogue TV / Media Player, supports Red Button Multi-Screen Teletext

The August DA900C is an ultra slim and stylish portable TV with both digital and analogue tuners. Capable of receiving over 40 Freeview channels, the 5 analogue channels and all the digital radio stations.

The integrated card reader and USB port make it a powerful multi-media player supporting video, music, and photo playback directly from a memory card or USB stick.

Real-time and scheduled Freeview TV recording functions give it the versatility to act as a PVR, enabling the recording of programmes onto a USB stick or external hard disk (FAT32) for future enjoyment.

The AV out means that you can also output TV, video and photos onto a large sized screen in your home, bringing Freeview and multi-media content to your living room. Whilst AV in allows it to be used as a monitor for your games console and other video players.

Please note: there may be difficulties in receiving TV signal with the telescopic antenna in some regions at present. This is due to the Freeview service not yet being fully operational throughout the UK. The reception will improve along with the progress of Switchover.

A signal amplifier or booster may improve reception in regions where signal is marginal. (please note that reception capability may also be affected by various factors such as proximity to freeview TV/digital radio transmitters, tall building structures, thick walls or ceilings). A rooftop TV aerial may be required to watch freeview channels in regions where the signal is insufficient for a portable antenna.
